Booking Policies

  • Deposit: 50% non‑refundable to secure the date; balance due 7 days prior.
  • Travel: Economy‑plus (or business where applicable), 1–2 nights hotel, ground transport, and per diem.
  • Reschedule: One complimentary reschedule if requested ≥30 days before; otherwise 25% fee.
  • Cancellation: Deposit retained; balance waived if cancelled ≥30 days before.
  • Recording: Allowed for internal use with license; external distribution requires separate agreement.
